Cove Eco Resort is a diving resort in Raja Ampat offering complete packages for a family vacation, romantic getaways and water sports activities such diving, snorkeling and water-rock climbing. Divers and non-diver are both welcome on this island.
The private cottages are nestled on the northern shores of an idyllic private island, a truly panoramic view of crystal clear oceans, just a step ahead of the iconic Piaynemo Island. The resort are deeply committed to the environment by reducing plastic ware and conserving the environment, we hang dry and fold your clothes.
Cove Eco Resort is seated on Yeben, a small island off the southeast of Waigeo, one of the four main islands of Raja Ampat, due to its location this 50 hectare island resort is open year round. The sea front accommodations are surrounded by sandy white beaches, clear waters, and coral reefs with surprising marine life, that its guests can enjoy with good diving conditions throughout the year.
Cove Eco Resort has only 10 rooms, 4 Superior Cottages and 6 Standard Cottages, all with double, triple or quadruple configuration. The the main difference between the superior accommodations and the standard one is that the superior has air conditioning, mini fridge, hot water kettle, and the standard does not.

Diving
Cove Eco resort is located on Yeben island in the northern area of Raja Ampat (1.5h from Waisai). in one of the most prolific and preserved areas of Raja Ampat with world famous dive sites within easy reach.
A typical dive day starts around 08:00 am.
Based on the level of each guest, their objectives and the number of dives selected, we will bring you to the most suitable spot that is defined by the dive master team the day before.
You may do 2 morning dives and go back to the resort for lunch or 3 dive and have a picnic at a nearby beach close to the next dive spot. The dive team will always bring you to new dive spot each time so that you never return twice to the same reef.
Yeben Discovery Dive
For the non-certified diver, we offer Discovery dives with a dedicated guide. We have some calm areas near our island that are perfect to get a dive introduction from our experienced and friendly Dive team.
Snorkeling
Yeben reefs are great for snorkelers. With an amazing variety of fishes and coral. You can enjoy it from the jetty or from any Yeben beach. For a beginner, the best way to enjoy snorkeling at best is to get accompanied by a snorkeling guide.
You will get an explanation about fish species, and coral types and will always feel safe with our professional and experienced guide. Guided snorkeling is available on the house reef or at other locations with boat.
Kayaking in Yeben Island
Kayaking around Yeben Island would take you about half a day if you want to go around until Yeben Kecil.
Daytrip
After an early breakfast, depart around 06:00 am to explore the most beautiful landscape of Indonesia and Raja Ampat's icon. The journey will take about 2 hours and 30min boat ride to the Wayag ranger station, and another 30min to reach the first hiking departure spot. Wayag is made of little islands and it is one of the icons used every time Raja Ampat's name comes to mind.
The picture of Wayag is also displayed in the newest 100 thousand rupiah currency as one of Indonesia's national treasures.
Please expect some difficult hiking and trekking because we will visit 2 points on the top to catch the breathtaking view. When back from the hill, you will appreciate swimming in the warm and quiet lagoon. We will then head to a hidden beach where you will enjoy your lunch and relax surrounded by the most amazing lagoon you will ever see. Return to Yeben will be around 17:00 pm.
