Bawah Reserve
Bawah Reserve is the personification of private island luxury spread among 6 pristine islands with 13 beaches and 3 lagoons. A gorgeous tropical paradise surrounded by a blue ocean, Bawah Reserve sits in sheltered seclusion 160 nautical miles (300km) northeast of Singapore in the remote Anambas Archipelago, Indonesia. Locally-grown ingredients are served at the Tree Top restaurant, and the Grouper Bar provides a wide selection of drinks. There's also a spa and yoga pavilion at the holistic wellness center. As night falls, guests can relax at the open-air cinema under the stars. You may only get to Bawah by seaplane from Batam Island, which is a short ferry ride from Singapore.
Thirty-five stand-alone suites are dotted across Bawah allowing guests to reside in ultimate privacy. Housed beneath safari-like tented ceilings and pitched roofs, each room features open-air bathrooms and sustainable materials of bamboo and teak. Each room is a laid-back tropical space with local materials and verandahs leading into Bawah’s magnificent nature, overlooking the beach or the thick forests. Modern conveniences are readily available - without a TV, radio, or alarm clock for you to immerse in nature and forget the outside world. 
Diving
As one of Indonesia’s first marine conservation areas, Bawah Reserve features an abundance of flourishing coral reefs and healthy marine life. All dive sites have similar topography, with a gentle sandy slope going down to approximately 7 meters before a further 25-30 meter depth.
Be at one with nature and immerse yourself in the island’s gorgeous landscape. Try snorkeling, hiking, watersports and relaxing under a canopy of stars. Take your sweetie for a romantic beach picnic, sunset sail or daytrip to nowhere.
