Supporting Turtle Conservation
The mission is to support the Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation and  their Turtle Conservation Centre in protecting marine life through turtle rescue, rehabilitation and release, helping create healthier oceans for future generations.

Through partnership with the Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation, the Morukuru Goodwill Foundation supports the rescue, rehabilitation and release of endangered sea turtles. What began with a stranded turtle found on the shores of De Hoop has grown into a lasting commitment to giving these vulnerable animals a second chance at life in the wild. To date we have sponsored toward three turtles which have been released back into the ocean with a satellite tag (Bheni, Nori and Kai), as well as sponsoring ongoing rehabilitation of Habanero in Cape Town.

By supporting expert rehabilitation and the return of recovered turtles to the protected waters of De Hoop Nature Reserve, we are helping protect marine life while connecting conservation efforts across our land and oceans. Every turtle returned to the sea represents hope, resilience and a tangible step towards healthier oceans for generations to come.
