The main villa is Loirien. With three double bedrooms with en-suites, Loirien Villa offers unparalleled comfort and elegance. Surrounded by a spacious private garden and featuring a stunning swimming pool, guests can relax in ultimate privacy while enjoying panoramic views of the Mara. With a fully serviced staff and an epicurean in residence, prepare for a culinary experience beyond compare.

Nestled south of Loirien Villa lies Naika Villa, a private villa featuring two bedrooms and breathtaking views of the Maasai Mara. Surrounded by the serene ambience of Leleshwa and acacia trees, Naika Villa offers a secluded retreat in total comfort. With a fully serviced offering, guests can unwind and indulge while immersing themselves in the natural beauty of their surrounds.

To the north of Loirien Villa stands Kulaal Villa, another two-bedroom villa offering stunning views of the Maasai Mara. Set amidst lush gardens, Kulaal Villa provides a tranquil escape for guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. The Villas

Experience unparalleled privacy and comfort in our villas, each offering sweeping panoramic views and seamless indoor-out-door living spaces, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the landscapes that inspired them. 3 villas with 7 bedrooms total: Two 2-bedroom villas and one 3-bedroom villa. All rooms are ensuite, and the villas each have a sitting room with fireplace, indoor and outdoor dining tables, guest kitchenette and full kitchen, and private heated swimming pool

Loirien Villa is the expansive 3-bedroom villa at 9,440-sq-ft, and offers the additional amenities of a wine cellar, bar area, sauna and steam room, office, media room, and an impressing dining table that sits up to 20 guests

Naika and Kulaal Villas are the 2 2-bedroom villas at 2422-sq-ft

Each villa has a full team of staff and its own private vehicle

A golf cart is available to move guests from one villa to another

Outdoor destination dining is encouraged throughout the conservancy and the farm

A Highlights: Walking Safaris

Guests can enjoy interpretive guided bush walks and spend some time on foot tracking down game. Different types of walking safaris are available and can be catered to each and every single guest. Walking allows you to learn about smaller parts of the safari experience that are often missed while on a vehicle. Tracks, signs, plants, trees and birds just to name a few. Although some guests prefer tracking down some of the bugger game species such as Elephants or Rhino.
