Camp Cecil de la Isla

Beneath the shade of ancient Ebony and Leadwood trees, the tranquil haven of Dulini Moya Lodge is enigmatically embraced by its rich riverine setting. There is a restorative quality to the peaceful atmosphere of the camp, on the banks of the Mabrak River. The symphony of bird song and the passage of wildlife add to the allure of Dulini.

The main lodge, resplendent with deep couches and contemporary African accents spills onto the cool veranda, offers views to the wilderness beyond.

A welcoming ambience of laid back luxury creates a place of conversation and laughter, while the extensive library of books accommodates those more inclined to quieter contemplation.

As one of only 12 guests, you feel instantly at home in this quiet retreat, where classic interiors enfold guests in quiet style and elegance. Large, welcoming sofas and African sculptures fill the gracious guest areas. Dine under the ancient jackalberry tree where skilled chefs serve delicious meals or steal away for an intimate dinner in the well-stocked wine cellar.

Six exquisite thatched suites grace the banks of the riverbed under a leafy canopy of ebony trees with interiors that epitomise romance, with canopies of mosquito nets and beautiful bathrooms.  Each suite offers private plunge pools and shady decks that look out onto the dry riverbed, seamlessly integrating the grandeur of nature and elegance of décor.
