Floating Accommodation - Experience a truly unique holiday adventure at Savasi by staying aboard Serenity – a 140 ft three masted schooner moored permanently ashore beside the turquoise blue waters of Savasi Island’s marina. While her sailing days are over, this vessel is far from a shipwreck. A treasured piece of Fijian history, Serenity – previously known as the Tui Tai – has been lovingly restored with 5 luxurious staterooms spanning 2 levels. Take in the tropical jungle surrounds and otherworldly blue hues of the lagoon from the expansive decks or comfort of your air conditioned suite. Original features of the vessel have been carefully incorporated into the suite decor (take the literal wheel by booking the ‘Captains room’, Bridge Deck Penthouse) all offering a one-of-a-kind experience that’s hard to beat. The top deck boasts sun loungers aplenty for those seeking a tan, and a private jacuzzi on the bridge deck is perfectly positioned to take in the nightly sunset. Guests staying on board can also make use of the usual facilities of the resort, including the central dining room and bar, or if you prefer to feel the sand amongst your toes, simply take a short stroll to one of the islands private beaches. The well-appointed bar and lounge on board can be converted into a conference room, or set the scene for a welcome evening cocktail. All these on-board amenities make it suited to couples or group and family escapes of up to 10 people. Divers will find this the perfect retreat with the vessels close proximity to our on-site dive centre. All bedding can be split to offer twin single room configuration as required.
