In summer, ceiling fans allow you to sleep with the windows open (there are mosquito nets) and to enjoy the natural freshness of the vegetation. All also benefit from air conditioning. In winter, the central heating provides you with pleasant warmth. While the large windows, even closed, allow you to enjoy the light and the palm and olive trees surrounding the Riad.
Staying in Skoura means having the chance to discover one of the most beautiful palm groves in southern Morocco. Countless date palms and lush gardens of olive, almond and pomegranate trees cover this territory. In the middle of the palm grove, marvelous earthen fortresses still retain their former beauty. Each has its own history which recalls the way of life of the local community. The most famous is the Améridil kasbah built in the 17th century.
