Guests enjoy 1,100 square feet of spectacular alfresco living, resting on stilts over the Caribbean Sea. SEAPLANE TO PARADISE - ISLA ESCUDO DE VERAGUAS
Jaw-dropping is the best way to describe Isla Escudo de Veraguas. It’s arguably the most beautiful uninhabited tropical island in the Western Hemisphere.
The island is located about four hours off Panama’s Caribbean coast by boat. But you will arrive in about a half-hour after our seaplane picks you up at Bocas Bali’s dock. Limited access to the island ensures plenty of private beaches to enjoy. Bocas Bali will customize your seaplane visit to Isla Escudo de Veraguas specifically for you. We can arrange for swimming, snorkeling, a lobster cookout, time on your own “private beach” and drinks of your choice. You dream it; we’ll do it.

MONKEY ISLAND EXCURSION
Many visitors rate Monkey Island as their favorite tour in the region. Here, several species of orphaned monkeys belong to a troop that socializes, grooms, and plays together every day. Monkey Island began when Francine Roy adopted an orphaned capuchin monkey in 2013 while living in Bocas del Toro. Over the years, she’s adopted additional monkeys abandoned by their pet owners or orphaned due to habitat loss or hunting. Francine founded the Monkey Island Foundation with a mission to offer lifelong care for monkeys separated from their families at a young age.
Most people spend a couple of hours on the small island. In addition to the tour, guests can snorkel, swim, play water volleyball, or relax in a hammock. Lunch is available upon request, as well as cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
