Saba, St. Kitts and St. Maarten are on the itinerary of the Caribbean Explorer liveaboard. St. Kitts is a small and fun island on the cruise ship route but has not lost its authentic tropical beat. St. Maarten – one side Dutch, one side French as neither of them could bear to part with it – has long been one of the favorite playgrounds of the rich and famous.
