Lunch is included, allowing you to sample local flavors and energize for the remainder of your day. Then, set off on a full-day tour along the iconic Great Ocean Road, capturing awe-inspiring coastal views, rugged cliffs, and the famous Twelve Apostles. Your journey continues with an overnight stay in Adelaide at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel, where you’ll unwind before embarking on a three-day, two-night adventure on Kangaroo Island. Day 1 - Depart USA
Make your way to Los Angeles Airport for your overnight flight to Canberra via Nadi. If you require a connecting flight from another US gateway, please let us know and we can price your airfare accordingly. 

Day 2 - International Date Line
During your flight, you will cross the International Date Line. 

Day 3 - Arrive Canberra
On arrival at Canberra Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a three-night stay. The remainder of your day is free to relax or explore the city at your leisure. 

Day 4 - Canberra (B)
Join a small-group tour to see all the highlights of Canberra on this full day tour. Witness the wonderful views of Canberra and the region from the top of Mount Ainslie. Visit NCA Exhibition Centre, be guided through the corridors of power at Australia’s Parliament House, survey the Parliamentary Triangle and its National Institutions. Explore the Australian War Memorial and experience the moving Last Post Ceremony. This experience packs as much as possible into a single day, giving you the best possible experience and context of Australia’s Capital in a one-day tour.

Day 5 - Canberra (B,L)
Today, it is all about locally grown wine and food. Visits four local Canberra wineries including wine tasting. Savor a three-course restaurant with wine and enjoy cheeses and other matched food experiences throughout the day. Canberra is home to 140 vineyards handled by the finest 40 wineries and renowned for its high-quality cool climate wines. The top grape varieties are Reisling and Shiraz. Aside from these two signature varietals, the region also produces excellent Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, Tempranillo, Pinot Gris, and Merlot.

Day 6 - Melbourne (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Canberra airport for your flight to Melbourne, where you will be met and driven to your hotel for a 3-night stay. The remainder of your day is free to relax or explore the city at your leisure.

Day 7 - Melbourne (B,L)
Discover Melbourne’s enchanting laneways and elegant arcades on an intimate small group walking tour that unveils the city’s hidden treasures. Stroll through historic passageways brimming with specialty boutiques, unique local fashion designers, and one-of-a-kind retailers that can only be found here. Immerse yourself in Melbourne’s vibrant café culture with a delightful stop for coffee or tea, followed by a luxurious chocolate tasting at a renowned chocolate salon. With a limited group size of just eight, you’ll enjoy a personalized experience, ample opportunities to ask questions, and a deep dive into Melbourne’s rich blend of history, culture, and creativity. Every turn reveals something new, from stunning architecture to fascinating stories, offering fresh perspectives for both visitors and locals alike, making this tour a memorable journey into the heart and soul of Melbourne. Day 8 - Melbourne (B,L)
Embark on a scenic day tour along the iconic Great Ocean Road, exploring coastal views, wildlife, and history. After hotel pickup, journey over the Westgate Bridge through Geelong and onto Torquay, where the Great Ocean Road begins. Stop in Anglesea to spot wild kangaroos and enjoy morning tea in Lorne with Southern Ocean views. Your guide will point out scenic lookouts and share the road’s history, with stops to see koalas at Kennett River and enjoy lunch in Apollo Bay. Walk through ancient rainforest in the Otway Ranges, then head to the Shipwreck Coast to marvel at the Twelve Apostles and hear the story of the Loch Ard Gorge shipwreck. Return to Melbourne through the fertile volcanic plains for a day filled with natural beauty and captivating tales.

Day 9 - Adelaide (B)
Transfer to Melbourne Airport after breakfast for your flight to Adelaide. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.  The remainder of your day is free to relax and explore Adelaide at your leisure.

Day 10 - Kangaroo Island (B,L)
Begin your day with an early pick-up from your Adelaide hotel for a scenic drive through the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula, known for its vineyards, coastal views, and rolling hills, en route to Cape Jervis. Here, board the SeaLink ferry for a 45-minute journey to Kangaroo Island, where a luxury coach and local guide await to introduce you to South Australia’s premier nature destination. Start at Seal Bay Conservation Park for a guided beach walk among a colony of rare Australian sea lions, followed by a delicious two-course lunch. Next, explore Flinders Chase National Park’s rugged coastline with walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch, offering stunning views and wildlife sightings. Conclude the day at Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park, where you can feed kangaroos and meet koalas up close before settling into your accommodation for the night.

Day 11 - Kangaroo Island (B,L)
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out on the second day of your tour. Begin with the captivating Birds of Prey Presentation at Raptor Domain, South Australia's only free-flight display. Next, visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery for a tasty lunch, a tour of the distillery, and an optional cider tasting. Enjoy some time in the souvenir shop, which offers a range of eucalyptus products. Continue to Clifford’s Honey Farm for a guided tour, honey tastings, and the chance to see a working beehive. After a photo stop at Pennington Bay, end the day at False Cape Wines for a wine tasting in their beautiful cellar door. Conclude at KI Seafront Hotel, where dinner is at your leisure.

Day 12 - Adelaide (B)
Early this morning you will be collected from your accommodation and transferred to Penneshaw SeaLink Ferry Terminal for your return ferry and coach transfer to Adelaide.  The remainder of your day is free.

Day 13 - Depart Adelaide
